CHILEAN SALMON BROKER
Chilean Salmon Brokerage
ATID connects international buyers with selected Chilean salmon producers and processors, coordinating specifications, commercial terms, quality oversight, documentation and logistics from origin to destination.
Independent commercial expertise
ATID is a Chile-based B2B salmon broker and sourcing partner for international buyers of Chilean Atlantic salmon. We connect fresh and frozen salmon requirements with established Chilean producers and processors, coordinating fillets, portions and value-added programs for export markets.
Our role continues beyond the introduction: commercial negotiation, product specifications, packaging coordination, production follow-up, quality verification, documentation and cold-chain logistics are managed as part of the operation.
Salmon portfolio
Our Chilean Atlantic salmon supply programs cover the fillet trims and formats most frequently requested by international buyers. Fresh and frozen salmon fillets, portions and further-processing formats can be coordinated subject to destination, volume, specification and processing schedule.

More than sourcing
Operational follow-through
Match product, format, volume and destination requirements with selected Chilean producers and processors.
Translate buyer requirements into clear product specifications covering trim, size, fresh or frozen condition, packing and labeling.
Stay close to processing and order preparation, maintaining commercial visibility as the program moves through production.
Verify product condition, vacuum integrity, calibers, organoleptic parameters and conformity with the agreed specification.
Coordinate labels, commercial documents and applicable certificates with the producer, processor and buyer.
Follow temperature-critical logistics, container seals, sensor records and shipment information through the operation.
Our business model
ATID operates as an independent commercial broker and does not manufacture salmon. Product pricing and commercial terms are established for each transaction with the corresponding producer or processor.
ATID’s compensation is based on a brokerage commission calculated as an agreed percentage of the FOB value of each transaction. The applicable percentage is established between the parties for each commercial program, reflecting the scope of commercial development, negotiation, specification coordination, production follow-up and transaction management provided by ATID.
This model keeps ATID commercially aligned with both the supplier and the international buyer while preserving a clear separation between salmon production and ATID’s brokerage services.
Strategic supply
ATID works in a strategic supply relationship with Blumar, an established Chilean salmon producer and processor. The relationship provides close commercial visibility into available formats, processing capabilities and supply programs, while ATID concentrates on developing and servicing qualified international customers.
Blumar remains responsible for production and processing. ATID remains the broker and commercial developer, coordinating each program around the buyer’s product, market and destination requirements.
Market requirements
Certification and compliance availability depends on the producer, processing facility, product and destination program. ATID coordinates the applicable requirements with the processing partner for each transaction.
Programs may include ASC, BAP, HACCP, Kosher, Halal, SMETA and BRCGS where applicable. Final certification status is confirmed for the specific facility and product before commercial commitment.

Our commercial path
ATID’s salmon brokerage activity is the latest chapter in a commercial path that began with international food representation, retail development, specialty imports and export-market projects.
From those commercial roots to today’s Chilean salmon programs, the same principle remains: develop the market, understand the product and stay close to the operation.
